Are you looking to start the process of re-accreditation?  Start by filling out the information below and someone will contact you directly.

Both first time applicants and re-accreditation candidates will follow the same process for achieving accreditation.

Summary of the Application Process:

  1. Complete the electronic application on the EHNAC website.
  2. A clarification letter is emailed to gather any required information.
  3. A detailed letter is emailed to the organization with the complete instructions on the application process.
  4. Log into the “Log an Application” portal and upload the signed Applicant Agreement, Sentinel Events document, and revenue verification in PDF format or fax to (860) 760-6630.
  5. Mail payment of applicable application fees [Annual fee, Multiple Program & Site Visit fee(s)] to EHNAC.
